How the integration works
TidyCommerce grants you the power to create or enhance your eCommerce capabilities, enabling you to easily design and create your own richly featured website that seamlessly integrates with the stock management capabilities of TidyStock and TidyEnterprise.
This article will show the details and flow of the two-way integration between TidyCommerce and TidyStock or TidyEnterprise.
What is imported to TidyCommerce
- All relevant information on Material items can be imported and synced with your TidyCommerce account to be displayed on the website. This include:
- Material Items
- Product Codes
- Material Categories
- Stock Levels
- Pricing
- Custom pricing Levels (up to 8 pricing levels can be imported)

- Customer information from your TidyStock or TidyEnterprise account will be imported into TidyCommerce. The information imported is:
- Customer Name
- Company
- Phone number

What TidyCommerce sends to your Tidy account
- All sales of material items made on the website will automatically flow into your Tidy account as a completed Sales order by default. You can change the status of the invoice to either draft or on-order as well. The sales order will include all related information on the Sale.
